Get fit and have fun while doing it on our one to one courses you can have as many or a few lesson as and when you want at times to suit you. There is no deposit for these lessons and it can work around you.

This little company has big plans:

We are about to start our first set of courses at Dynamo Gym in Haywards Heath and in the near future will be moving into Dynamo in South Croydon.



Our Egham studio is linking up with Royal Holloway University of London to create a new and exciting Society.





The Haywards Heath lessons start:

Tuesday 23rd October

Thursday 25th October



Egham One to One lesson are running from now along with Croydon session but these have limited spaces.
